Root & Relic is the New England Gothic stop on our Gothic Hauntlands Scent tour. The Hauntlands collection captures the vibe of local folklore, ghost stories and legends from around the country. New England is a land where the trees outnumber the living. Its forests stretch like memory to the edge of the Atlantic, cloaking forgotten orchards and towns long reclaimed by moss and silence. Within the thickets lie abandoned mills with dreams still echoing in the rafters, spectral loggers whose axes fell quiet, and wild souls who never left.
With notes of Black Spruce, Pine Tar, Elderberry and Clove- Root & Relic channels the ghosts from beneath the roots of ancient trees.
 It is steeped in the grief of Salem’s accused, the quiet rebellion of witches who danced beneath the pines and moonlight, the spirits of writers who loved this haunted soil and return in fog and frost to walk it once more.
This is not nostalgia.
It is invocation.
Smells like: Forest bound grief. Fog draped silence. The hush of ancestral reckoning. A ritual for the vanished and the accused.

Inspired by:  Dense forests. Early American homesteads, abandoned where only withering apple trees and ghosts remain. Wind worn pines, wild elderberries and witch hunts. 
Eau de Toilette: 
30 ml Glass spray bottle
Use: Just pull the lid straight up to reveal the spray nozzle, give it a little spray and Viola! 
Do not ingest. Do not spray in eyes or mouth.
