Skadi Candle, Freyja's Daughters Norse Pagan Candles, Goddess of Winter, Artisan Candles, Sugared Evergreens

Skadi is the Giantess Goddess of the Mountains, Winter, Skiing, Bowhunting, and is known to be an incredible huntress.
She was the wife of Njord, God of the sea.
She missed the darkness and cold of her beloved mountains,and found the sea too busy and bright. He felt the mountains too wild and dark, the wolves too loud.
Their marriage didn't last long, as she couldn't be away from her mountains, and he couldn't be away from the sea.
In chapter 8 of the Heimskringla book Ynglinga saga, it is suggested she later married Odin and had 'many sons' by him.
This scent, meant to honor Skadi, is full of Mountain air, snowy treetops and sugared Evergreens.

*Please note: Our Skadi and Odin scent are very similar. Skadi has a touch of sweetness, not found in the straight woodsy scent in Odin.
